The St. Amours and us, the Kochs, went to the Y(MCA) yesterday. The first hour the kids played in the “nursery” (ie, play room) while the adults exercised. I went swimming. I had the whole pool to myself! I swam the whole hour, only pausing at the end of a lap for 15 seconds or so. Every muscle in my body is sore today. Then, everyone joined me in the pool and we went to lunch at a BBQ place in downtown Elkhorn. I give the experience 4 out of 5 stars and hope to do it again.
