I’ve heard that IT at my company and in the industry is seen as a second-class department, that we don’t really contribute to our industry. I didn’t really believe it until I saw this form to sign up for a railroading newsletter. IT isn’t on the list of departments.

Does anyone agree with me that the print and save icons in Adobe Acrobat Reader are too similar?

There’s a weather station in the neighborhood next to mine. It is kind of neat to see it updating every couple of seconds.
I found a jQuery plugin to add the Konami code to your website, but I think mine is better. Mine works in IE8. Here’s a demo.
