At one point tonight Alyssa and Sophie were hogging Joel’s new toy garage — a gift from Uncle Chris. We told the girls to let Joel play, so the girls left… taking all the cars with ‘em! Joel didn’t seem to care — he used a piece of pizza crust as a car! I was laughing so hard I cried!
Anything new? I’ve been sick since Sunday. Stayed home from work the last two days. I don’t feel so well.
I just remembered Chad asked if I wanted to go see Push with him. I forgot to write back. I’m such a jerk.
I am feeling sad and depressed and lousy. Blech.
I also realized that if I were to get married today, I wouldn’t know who to ask to be my best man. I don’t have any friends close enough right now. When I got married it wasn’t hard. And a few years ago I could’ve easily picked someone. But I couldn’t now.
I want to say that even though I’m sick and have a temperature of 100ยบ (not a fever!) I had a pretty good day. Joel liked his RC car I bought him. That’s good enough for me.
